Erik F. Hansen
is an attorney with Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC and Chair if the firm's Appellate Team. He concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, construction litigation and appellate practice, primarily representing businesses and homeowners in state and federal court.

Hansen also has experience representing clients in state and federal appellate courts, having handled more than a dozen appeals on topics ranging from employment disputes to the appeal of criminal convictions.

Hansen is l icensed to practice law in the state and federal courts in Minnesota as well as the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations, and is the current chair of the MSBA Membership Committee.

Hansen obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. He graduated with Honors and Distinction from the University of Minnesota-Morris with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and European Studies.
