Jillian K. Duffy
is an attorney with Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC and concentrates her practice in the areas of construction litigation, real estate, and commercial litigation. She primarily represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in mediations, arbitrations and district court actions regarding construction defect disputes, mechanic's liens, and other business and commercial disputes. Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota and federal courts in Colorado, Jill is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 and a Certified Family Law Mediator. She is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American Bar Associations and the Minnesota Women's Lawyer Association.
Jill obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. She completed her undergraduate studies at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and received a second Bachelor of Arts degree the following year in Criminology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
