When did you first discover the problem?

Some statutory warranty claims require written notice be given to the builder within six months of dicovering the claim. With several exceptions including fraud, a promise by the builder to repair, or other specific exceptions, all claims for defective design or contruction must be commenced within two years of discovery of the injury.
